Two Orlando wine institutions are turning four years old, and they want you to help them celebrate!
- Wednesday is the last day to register for the fourth anniversary party for Central Florida’s Women for Winesense chapter. The event is August 6 at Christner’s Prime Steak & Lobster and includes a twelve-wine tasting and raffle.
- Next Saturday (August 4), Tim’s Wine Market in Sanford/Lake Mary celebrates four years since Steve Butler, formerly of Tim’s Orlando, took over the location. “STim’s,” as Steve’s fans have dubbed the place, is hosting a free evening of wine, food, and merriment.
In the “Other Cool Stuff” category …
- The rescheduled PINKnic rosé fest at Tim’s Windermere is this coming Thursday. More than two dozen rosés will be on offer, with discounts for folks wearing pink!
- The rescheduled Italian Wine & Cheese Festival at The Wine Room on Park Ave. is next Sunday (Aug. 5), with dozens of wines, along with cheeses chosen by a certified cheese expert.
There are many more events coming up, so check out the Events Page for all the details. Happy celebrating, Orlando!
